I have a Samsung S8 Plus. I have tried everything possible and followed all instructions possible but I still can not get my Surge to receive notifications (texts or calls).
Please help

Although the S8+ was recently added to the list of supported devices it does seem that some are still having issues with notifications. You might want to follow the main thread on this for updates:
