Hi there @Spag1975, welcome aboard to our Community. Indeed the Samsung Note 7 is not in our list of supported devices. However it does not mean that devices is not compatible, so it wouldn't hurt to attempt the troubleshoot syncing issues suggestions from @SunsetRunner.
When a device is not in our list, is because ha not been fully tested to guarantee all the feature will work and sometimes it may present issues. Nowadays all the high end devices are made under the same standard specifications to say it wont be compatible. The same scenario happened whit the release of the Samsung Note 5. It take some time but eventually was added to our supported device list.
