Hi all, since my phone had an update the bluetooth wont stay on so I'm constantly having to pair up. I've tried shutting my phone off etc. Can anyone help me.

Can you please let me know what mobile device are you using to get your Surge to sync?
Also, while you mention that you have tried some of the steps we recommend for syncing issues, I'd like to confirm if you have tried all steps provided on the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If you haven't please make sure you follow the article step by step.

its the latest update.
update: I phoned Samsung. They are aware if the faults and are working on it.
