Surge wont sync

Hello
I've just received my Surge today,but I can't get it to sync whit my HTC One m8,I've tried trouble shooting whit out any luck,what to do?
I've also tried to reboot both devices without any luck....
Can someone help?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @bakkely27 Woman Very Happy! If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps I've posted here for the syncing issue I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support directly so they can do a deeper investigation about where the issue is coming from.

 

Don't forget to mention all the steps you've done to avoid getting the same ones.
