It counts the correct number of lengths but it thinks that each length is 50 m instead of 25 yd

Hello @Ljb0328.

I'll be happy to help you get the correct distance to show up on your swims.

In this case you'd have to manually enter the size of the pool into your account. You can do so by following these steps:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon.
  2. Scroll down to Settings and tap Advanced Settings.
  3. Tap Swimming Settings.
  4. Enter the pool length and unit of measurement.

Hope this helps out! Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hello @Ljb0328.

I apologize for the delay in my response.

Thanks for letting me know that you found a setting that could work on your Fitbit's settings. Please do share how it went. I'm assuming that it worked properly.

Look forward to your reply.
