Swipe not working

I am not able to swipe to any other screen. If the clock face is up, I cannot go to any other screen. In settings, I cannot swipe through.

I had the same problem and contacted chat for help.  They had me reboot it by reconnecting my computer and attaching the fb, press the connection button 3 times.  It worked perfectly.  Now several hours later, I'm back to hit and miss.
