When I would get a text message on my old samsung s9, my fitbit Charge 3 would vibrate. Now own the samsung s21 and my Fitbit charge 3 does not vibrate when I get a text message. It does vibrate when I get a phone call though. I have tried everything. Please help! 🙂

@Jeterjen Hi there. Thank you for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.
I'd like you to confirm that your notifications are set to "On" in the power tray. If they aren't set it to "On", also verify that your settings and requirements are properly set by checking this article.
Hope this helps.

@Jeterjen Thank you for getting back.
I'd like you to confirm that you forgot the Charge 3 on your previous Samsung S9's Bluetooth. If you did then set it up as a new device again on your Samsung S21.
Hope this helps.
