I just received the Fitbit 2 as a gift and need to update my app from the HR to the 2. I tried going to the set up page but keep getting kicked off. Any suggestions?

I'd like to ask you some questions so that I can better understand the situation. Are you getting any sort of error message when you get kicked off? What device are you using to run the setup? Do you have notifications setup with your HR?
