My inspire hr has been struggling to sync with my Samsung Galaxy S9+ recently. I decided to unpaid and repair it. I cannot now pair the device again. It sees it but won't pair. After it fails to pair it then vanishes from the list. If I reboot my phone it will show up again but still won't pair. 

 

I've tried restarting the Fitbit to but to no avail. I have been doing this for about 2 hours now.

 

Can anyone help?

Hi Hev75, 

Having exactly the same issues with my charge 3

and Samsung galaxy s7 and Galaxy Tab A6

Unpaired device now nothing. 

Whole situation is total crap.

My Charge 3 stopped syncing with my Huawei suddenly last night as well I was able to manually load a yoga class I did but then it hasn't loaded the walk I did after or my sleep. I only just purchased my Fitbit three days ago so I find this very frustrating!
