Sync Problem with Fitbit Blaze

Hi, I have Fitbit Blaze an was Sync first to my cousin mobile, now he not using the device, now I want to sync with my mobile. An I am trying to sync for a long, but nothing is happening.

Welcome to the Community @kardekar_shoeb. If you want to sync a Blaze with a mobile device, first, you need to check that your phone is Compatible. After checking this, please be sure that the tracker is paired to your Fitbit email address. Then you just need to download the Fitbit app and the tracker will sync.
