I have a Samsung Galaxy S4. I have not had a successful sync for a week. I am also unable to complete the update. After reading forums, I have tried syncing and updating using my computer, but the bottom line is I cannot get any device to find the fitbit. therefore, I can't update or sync with anything. I also tried starting as if it was a new device, but NOTHING will work if I can't get anything to recognize that it is there. I even tried the airplane mode trick that someone suggested, but again, it will never actually find the fitbit. Please help!!!

@Puryear It's great to see you in the Community! It's weird that your Fitbit is not connecting with your phone's app. I recommend restarting your Fitbit tracker as advised in this help article. Once your tracker is restarted, try the setup process one more time.
