Sync delay with my versa 3 and google pixel 7a phone

Since I changed my phone to Google pixel 7am. My versa 3 is finding it hard to sink. My watch is having different data with d Fitbit app on my phone. If I refresh, it just adds 2000 steps but still different feom d data I have both on app and in the watch
