Sync help

I have closed app, restarted app, reinstalled app, but cannot get it to sync with fitbit. Its been about 4 days now. Tried restarting phone too. Help!!

You've tried restarting the phone without any luck so I'd suggest restarting the fitbit using this procedure:

Give it a few tries though as it doesn't always work.
