Pairing

I am unable to pair my flex fitbit with my Samsung tab 3. Help please.

How are you trying to do the pairing? Fitbits are unusual in that the pairing has to be done via the fitbit app and not via the phone's bluetooth settings.

I've been trying to do it via the app and all it says is try again.  I've uninstalled the app , closed down my tablet and then reistalled the app but it still won't pair. I've checked the compatibility and that's find and don't know what to do next

How do you use the app to pair?  I'm having the same problem but can't figure out how to resolve this.
