Sync issue with Nexus 5

Sync not working on Fitbit Charge. Tried turning off Bluetooth and phone and turning on both but it didn't work. Also, friends see that my info is set to private and can't see my stats.

I use a nexus 5 and it works fine.

 

Try this:

 

- delete the surge from bluetooth devices

- turn off bluetooth on any other devices you have

- try syncing again

I'd like to add that you can try restarting your tracker by following these steps and then follow this process. Also, to edit your privacy settings so your friends can see all your information please do the following:

 

1. Go here through your computer.

2. Click the gear icon that is located on the right upper side.

3. Select "Settings" tile.

4. Click the "Privacy" tile and there you'll be able to select your privacy settings.
