I use a nexus 5 and it works fine.
Try this:
- delete the surge from bluetooth devices
- turn off bluetooth on any other devices you have
- try syncing again

A warm welcome to our new friend @Mridupai! Thanks for joining us! I noticed @honglong1976 provided you with a great suggestion to resolve this. I'd like to add that you can try restarting your tracker by following these steps and then follow this process. Also, to edit your privacy settings so your friends can see all your information please do the following:
1. Go here through your computer.
2. Click the gear icon that is located on the right upper side.
3. Select "Settings" tile.
4. Click the "Privacy" tile and there you'll be able to select your privacy settings.
