Sync issue

I've had my fitbit alta for a couple of months and had no problems. However, it won't sync for the last 3 days. I have followed the tips and deleted the app and reinstalled it, charged the fitbit, turned lff Bluetooth and rebooted the phone bit nothing has worked!! Please help!
