Have tried restart on both charge 3 and my android phone. It sunchs once and then the wheel just spins. I've tried changing the clock face, repairing the device and nothing keeps the synch working? Please advise on next steps, ps I never had this issue with my charge 2. What gives? Also the font on charge 3 is way too small. I also didn't have this problem with my charge 2. Have you guys jumped the shark? The products should get better with upgrades and new models. Please rectify. Thank You!

In regards to the syncing, let's try to follow these steps:
As for the font size, maybe you could visit maybe you could support this suggestion talking about that. While it is listed as Not Currently Planned you can still vote for it. Be sure to read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. They should definitely help in getting it all to work correctly with your S7.

Hi,
There was nothing new in that article that I haven't tried. Please read that I have changed the clock face, I have repaired the device and I have restarted both my phone and fitbit and it will give me one initial synch but will not continually synch my device like it used to. Please note the initial problem started with the latest software upgrade. Can you look into this bug and possibly get a new software upgrade to resolve it? There are many posts like mine with this issue.
I also, would love it if you could find a way to increase the font size on my charge 3 I can't read the text messages or the caller information when it is synching properly. NOTE neither of these problems I encountered with my charge 2. The font size was very visible to me when I was running. At the least, allow users to increase the font size if they need to so they can choose what size they would like it to be. Thank you!
