Sync issues

I have a charge hr with samsung s7. For the past week I have not been able to sync. It says it is syncing and then comes up with an error. I have tried resetting the HR, deleting and reinstalling the app. Heeeelllppp!!

Welcome to the Community @BrunkrWoman LOL Hmmm sounds weird that your tracker has not synced in over a week even after try to restart it and deleting and reinstalling the app. Let's try something else, try to update the Fitbit app on your Samsung S7 by doing the following: 

 

- Tap the menu button.

- Tap Help.
- Tap Fitbit App.


To update the Fitbit app:

- Open the Google Play store on your device.
- Tap the menu button.
- Tap My Apps and choose the Fitbit app.
- Tap Update. If you want automatic updates in the future, check the Allow automatic updating box.

 

If after updated your app, the tracker still not syncing, please review the instructions on this post which has steps for Android devices not syncing with Fitbit trackers.

Thanks so much, the app update, combined with another restart, has solved the problem. Pleased to see the fit bit has still tracked everything even though it hadn't synced in so long! Cheers Robyn
