Fitbit software recognizes Alta but won't sync. It's shown as being recognized in the Droid Maxx 2 Bluetooth settings.

Hello @Freschfisch, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. I'm wondering how it goes, is the issue still persisting?

By the description of your post I believed is missing one step to sync and this is to pair your tracker with your account. In order to sync is require to download the app from Google Play and pair your Alta in order to sync your information and other settings. However I'm able to see on your Community profile you have an Alta as a pair device, so I assume you were able to figured it out before. Is this correct?

In any case I will share with you this video to learn more about the set up process in case you need additional help.

Catch ya later and keep me posted!
