Still not working and I don't see the maps in the challenges, been a couple of weeks now. Anyone else having this problem 😣😣😣😣😣

Hi there @Kandee, it's nice to see you again. I'm wondering if the map is blank or is not showing when you perform any action like zoom in to your map course?
i would like to request a screenshot if the issue still persist. Also let me know which version of the Fitbit app are you running and if you have a compatible device.
In the meantime I recommend to restart your app and clear the cache, more directions on how to do this are mentioned in the following post.

Hello @Kandee, thank you for let me know you are not able to see anything yet. I was talking with another user who was experiencing exactly the same issue you have brought to my attention and she were able to fix the map by updating the app to the latest version.
However when I recommended the same post I shared with you, she mentioned the app was updated since there wasn't any update available. However when she enter directly to the google play she found out the app was not running the latest version.
Might be a similar scenario? So for you to know what version you are running please do the following:
- Tap the Account button located in the right upper corner.
- Tap Help.
- Tap Fitbit App.
- Here you will see the version of app is running your device.
Make sure to have the version 2.54. If you don't have this version then the app need to be updated.
To take screenshots may vary depending of your mobile device, so you might need to consult the product manual of your phone. You can review the following link for more details: https://www.take-a-screenshot.org/
Now to upload the screenshot into the Community the following post will explain the process.

No, still not working and it it only update to 2.51 not 2.54! Maps used to work but not now!

Well I got the screen shot but now I can't get here to post, I can't win, wondering if it's worth it at this point!
