I just got a charge 2, and I can't seem to get it to sync consistently with my phone. I have an S7, and it's paired with my Fitbit, but the dashboard shows my heart rate maybe 1 out of 20 times I open it, and my step count in the app is always out of sync with the Fitbit. I've read all the recommendations on the forums for fixing this, including rebooting the Fitbit. It will work briefly, then just refuse to sync.
Looking at all the people with similar problems, is this thing just rubbish and I should return it?

Hi @Himerope welcome around! The reason why you could be getting unconsistent syncing and no notifications on your Galaxy S7 could be because your cellphone is still not on the list of the compatible devices, maybe because it's too new. I would suggest you a little patience while they add it to the list.
