Sync problems

I have tried rebooting, turning off blue tooth! Ready to return product!

@Healthcare have you tried yhe suggestions listed here?

Especially a restart of your tracker. I also would suggest turning the phone completely off, thrn back on, this also will  correct any hardware issues with the phone .

 

The other thing would be to post yge error message, tap on any red circles.

Welcome to our Community @Healthcare! It's nice to have you here! Smiley HappyI noticed  @Rich_Laue provided you with some suggestions to help you resolve your issue. I'd like to add that if you recently upgraded to OS 6.0 (Marshmallow) you must have location services turned on to sync your tracker. With this latest update, Google changed the permissions for Bluetooth syncing, requiring the use of location services. For more information about the latest Google permission requirements, see Google’s Android 6.0 Changes document
