Hello,
since I updated my phone on Android 6.0.1 the sync with the charge HR does not work, with the one there is no problem at all.
I restarted my phone and the charge HR: did not help.
What can I do?
Thanks!

@Selajana Do you have your location services turned on as I posted about in this post? Having your location services turned on is now a requirement to sync as of Android 6.0. Keep me posted.

After months of frustration and doing all of the recommended steps (Uninstall, reboot, calling support with no solution given,  etc.), I finally found a solution to sync my phone app to my Note 4 after upgrading to Android 5.0 and 6.0.1.

  1. Turn on NFC (Bluetooth and Location must be on too)
  2. Tap the back of your phone to the Flex (if it is working correctly, the FitBit app will start)
  3. Keep phone near Flex and it will sync!!!

The same thing happened to me. The moment I updated my phone to version 6.0.1 it stopped syncing. I tried restarting my phone, fitbit, bluetooth, nfc... Nothing seems to work. I would love some suggestions

@Sleonhart12, have you verified that you have Location Services enabled on your phone?  Also turn on Enable Notification Widget.

@Sleonhart12Do you get any error messages.?

I had V6.0.1 which never failed and now I'm on V7 and again no issues. This is on a Sony Xperia XP and NOT on Fitbit's compatibilty list and a 4G network

I have set ON, Location and Always Connected, and OFF, All day Sync.

On my earlier versions of Android if I had WiFi enabled I could not sync. But that was a known issue with V4 Android with Fitbit on the Sony Xperia Z1
