Sync with samsung s7 edge

Hi
I synced my fitbit hr with samsung galaxy s7 edge . It worked fine for 2 weeks. It do not sync any more. Says device cannot be tracked. I have tried uninstalling n reinstalling the program. Still does not work. Pls advice

Welcome to the Forums @gloriadThe Galaxy S7/S7Edge is not currently listed as a supported device. Nevertheless, it doesn't hurt to try these syncing troubleshoots. Make sure that there isn't another bluetooth device that may be creating interference during the process. Setting  up your tracker as a new device may also help you to bring it back to sync as usual. Or you can also try syncing or setting it up using a PC or compatible device.
