@bgcolyer Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! It's odd that your Charge HR has stopped syncing all of a sudden. I believe that your tracker needs to be refreshed internally. Follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article in order to get this issue sorted out.
