New phone. Original sync with Samsung. Need to sync with Google Pixel

The Google Pixel is on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices so this should not be a problem.
It should be just a case of downloading and installing the fitbit app on the new phone and then logging in using your existing fitbit id and password. There is no need to set up a new fitbit account or go through the fitbit setup process again.
If this is what you have tried, at what point are you getting stuck?

@Rzenker, who are you waiting a reply from on the lost password? Have you done the Reset Password option?
1. Go to your Dashboard.
2. Click the "Forgot Password" link.
3. Enter your email address where prompted and click "Submit."
