My fitbit won't sync to my Android i have a LG K20 Plus i downloaded the app but everything else won't sync

Are you having problems setting up your fitbit for the first time or has it been working ok but has now stopped syncing?

If you're having problems setting it up then it may be that your phone doesn't work with fitbit - it isn't on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices Hopefully someone with that phone will reply with their experiences.

If it's just stopped syncing then the usual things to try are:

• restart phone
• restart fitbit using this procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
• restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
• "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
• go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/
• if none of that works then contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com
