I bought a new phone, charge 2 wont pair with it. Have uninstalled app, turned phone in and off. Unpaired tracker from old phone. Just wont pair!!!!

Have you checked that your new phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

 

When you say you have unpaired the tracker from your old phone do you mean via the fitbit app or the phone's bluetooth settings? If you mean the fitbit app then it may still have a bluetooth connection which could be blocking connection to the new phone.
