Synced to both Surge and Flex

I recharged my Flex as I can use it in the pool.  When I sync, it syncs to both and takes a long time.  Can I unpair the Flex until I need it?

Hello @ppalmeraz

 

You can absolutely remove your Fitbit Flex from your account if you're not going to use it. You can then re-pair it whenever it will be used. Additionally, you could sync your Surge to your account making sure that your Flex is not close to your mobile.

 

For general reference, if you need to set up your Fitbit, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app.
  2. Tap the 'account' tab' and look for the Set Up a New Device button and tap it.
  3. Follow the instructions showing on the screen.
