Synchng not possible anymore

Since yesterday 13:45 my versa 2 does not synchronize anymore. I have recently updated to the newest version, the app is the newest version and I am using android 10 on a huwaei p20 pro.

it used to work fine before, however already stopped showing incoming messages or calls since the update of my versa2 a couple of days ago. Since yesterday now I cannot even synchronize anymore. I already re-installed the app. re-started my watch. however now I cannot even pair it anymore. It tells me that the versa 2 is found however it then does not connect.

I am super annoyed by this and highly disappointed.

Anyone else have this since the newest update? Any ideas how to solve it?

Yes, I am experiencing exactly the same issue as you but with an Ionic.  I eventually managed to get the Fitbit App to set up my Ionic by resetting my phone's network settings a few times.  I still have serious issues with syncing plus exercises and activities are not being correctly recorded.

I am now looking to buy another brand of smartwatch, but good luck with your issues I hope they get resolved a.s.a.p.!

My charge 4 won't sync either. I have to take it off and leave it for a few minutes to force it to sync, which is not the intended behaviour. Mine worked for 4 months but mysteriously started playing up after an app update. I reckon the app update broke something around synchronization. Been having trouble for 6 weeks now and no acknowledgement from Fitbit that there is an issue. The charge 4 forum is full of posts describing sync and setup issues. And none of the standard reinstall/re-setup suggestions work. Time for Fitbit to wake up and fix it.

Have you done the mistake of removing the tracker from your Fitbit account? This is not how a person unpairs a tracker.

To unpair, open up Bluetooth settings, find the tracker and remove the tracker. This step must now be done.

Let's go through the sync steps, since we know the tracker is syncing.
