Welcome to the Community @Papajohn31!
Whenever you're using several trackers I recommend syncing the tracker you're wearing one last time between switching, if you logged an activity keep in mind that its step and calorie data override the data automatically detected by your tracker during the same time period. This ensures that your steps are not counted twice as long as the manually logged activity has the correct start time and duration.
You can manually log your steps in order to keep your data as accurate as possible follow the instructions below:
- On the Fitbit app dashboard tap the Exercise tile to open your exercise history. This is the tile that says "Track exercise" if you haven't worked out today.
- Tap the stopwatch icon in the top right corner.
- Tap Log Previous.
- Adjust the activity details and tap Log It.
Happy stepping!
