Phone app does not match true weight loss that is available on the web whereas the weight to the goal is correct.  How do I sync the weight loss values?

Hi there @roflmbo2. Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂

I'd like to know how exactly it is that the weight loss numbers don't match or how off they are... If you could please attach a screenshot of how it looks like on your PC and how it looks like on your app, this will help a lot to determine what is going on here.

I'll be looking forward for your reply and I'll be moving your post to the Android App board for appropriate categorization.

Instead of total weight loss it is showing recent loss.  Start weight should be 185 on 1/3 not 172.9
Call it silly but 17 lbs looks/feels much better than 4.8

@roflmbo2 On the mobile app, you will see your weight loss since you last edited your weight goal, not the overall weight loss since the beginning of your Fitbit usage.

If you'd like to see the overall weight loss since the beginning of your Fitbit usage, I recommend viewing it on the online Dashboard. Hope this helps to clarify.
