Syncing after new dashboard

The app is not syncing with my Fitbit charge 3 properly after the dash pads update? Any suggestions?

I know this seems a bit odd but try turning your phone right off for a couple of minutes. Sometimes this acts better than just a restart after an update. If it doesn't do anything it won't have made anything worse.
