Syncing difficulties after update

My charge 3 hasnt been syncing to my phone right since the update. Today it wouldn't even show up on bluetooth as an option so i deleted the device from the app. I went to set it back up and now it won't connect at all 😭. It's less than a year old, i really don't want to replace it already! Help!

Hi @Ashleybee2016, welcome to the Community Forums!

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post and for bringing this to my attention, thanks for troubleshooting this matter prior to posting too. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. So we can move forward with this situation and to get you back on track, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using with your Fitbit device? Also, which Fitbit device you have? Please try the troubleshooting steps that were specified on my previous post and keep me posted.

I'll be around.
