Help. No matter what I try, and I've tried all I could find via this community and googling, I can't sync my Alta with my Samsung S9. I've reset many times, turned Bluetooth on/off, tried to connect through my PC. I'm ready to give up.
Anyone have a solution that really works?

To better assist you with your syncing difficulties, can you please let me know when was the first time you experience this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
