Syncing difficulties with Android app

Is anyone else having issues syncing? On my versa lite it's showing my steps but not on the app. My time is wrong and it's not tracking my sleep or steps. I have tried everything that has been recommended and it fixes for a bit then goes right back to everything being wrong. HELP.

Hi @BrendaA please try these sync tips and if you need more help, pleas include the phone model that is giving you problems.

YES!!!! It has been driving me crazy! I have been to the store to see if it was my Bluetooth, and they said it had to do with FitBit. HELP!

Same problem with a Charge 2. Only I made it worse I think. I removed the tracker from my account so I could try to set it up again. But when it gets to the pairing step where I have to give the app the 4 digit code it shows on the watch I always get a "Try again" message and I can't get it to repair with my account.

@richardeid I did the same thing. 😞 I have tried everything to get my tracker back connected to my phone and it still won't add my alta hr.

Yes, I don’t have an Android I have an iPhone 8plus I’m having trouble with syncing as well my total steps for the day syncs but not in the 7 day totals on dashboard or on my fitbit.com.

None of this works. My app on my Samsung Galaxy S9+ will not recognize my Versa Lite. I am very frustrated. I cannot update the Versa Lite because I can't get it to connect with anything. The time is now nearly 12 hours off. Is there any way to resolve this or do I throw my Fitbit in the trash and use a different tracker?
