Syncing difficulties with Charge 3

Fitbit Charger 3 stopped syncing to my android January 19. It was synchronized October 19,2019.

Thanks for your post and for bringing this to my attention. To resolve this, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

Thank you. An AT&T employee helped resync my Fitbit.
