I got my Charge 4 for Christmas 2020. Like everyone else in January it stopped syncing to my phone. Then they fixed the issue. Now I'm having similar issues. It won't sync completely. It will keep track of my steps somehow tho 🤦 it's not synced up since Feb 9th or 10th. I loved it when I first got it but now its just a pain in the butt. Ive went through all of the help stuff..they need to fix the darn thing and leave it alone.

If you continue experiencing difficulties after trying the above steps, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
