Hi
My huwawei p20 pro does not sync with the app due to the configuration of both the watch and phone
Will fitbit be working on this? Surely it should be fixed

The Huawei P20 Pro is listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you should not experience any connection difficulties with it and your Fitbit. Therefore, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
