Syncing difficulties with Samsung S20 Ultra

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

It seems that the app is unable to work properly with the OS on S20Ultra. In the OS in other andriod phones, there is no issue. There is a sync issue on the app. It keeps showing last sync unavailable. And the app hangs frequently.

Please help to resolve....

Hello @tobygracie, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Keep me posted, I'll be around if you need anything else.

Thank you for the reply.
It does not work....
I still have the Fitbit Sync Service - Last Synced: Unavailable.

I suspect is the phone model that I am using.. Samsung S20 Ultra. The
system seems to unable to work well with the Fitbit app. It lags, hang and
unable to sync properly like before.

Spoiler
I have the Samsung s20 plus and mine does the same thing. When I had my iPhone, everything synced perfectly and on its own and with the Samsung it seems I have to constantly refresh it. Also, yesterday it wouldn't sync at all so I disconnected my fitbit and reconnected it to the app and lost all of my active minutes. I had over 10,000 steps at the time, so I definitely had active minutes.
