try setting up a Versa rather than Versa 2
it worked for us so far, need to see if it syncs tomorrow when we go for a run.

Try adding as a Versa and not Versa 2

Hi, my versa 2 is losing connection every day and after several tries I can reconnect, did using the Versa instead of Versa 2 keeps the connection and fixed yours?

Hello, this is what worked for me. In my case I have Versa 2 and Samsung S22+ after having a lot of connection issues, this worked and it's being 4 days since this with no issues.
1. In your phone make sure you have the app installed.
2. In your phone, go to Android settings / Bluetooth, I deleted the Fitbit Versa 2 from my connected devices and stayed there. Don't try to go back to the Fitbit app, stay in Settings/Bluetooth.
3. Then, in the Versa 2, I went to Settings/About/Factory reset.
Once the watch completes the factory reset, my phone automatically tried to pair with the phone. I pair them and it went thru the process. It jumped to the Fitbit app and completed the process.
It's working great since I did it.
Days after this, I even connected the Bluetooth (Classic), to have the Music Controls, and it's also working most of the time.
I hope this helps also for you.
