Please can you let me know how do I get the versa to sync to my Huwaei P30 pro. Not just a quick fix so it works for 2hours and then stop again. The app says I have to restart my ohone for notifications to work again, did this now 20 times and still nothing, same message. Please, I have been battling with this for month now. On android 9 I had to turn off and on bluetooth evey morning then it connects for about an hour and gone again. This is really fustating. I thought leave it for a few months and give fitbit a chance to sort out the software as all this is new but looks like you don't test anything on any new devices. Please what fo I have to do to get this sorted out. Even the time is wrong on the watch.

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you but I'm here to help you with this. That said, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Huawei P30 Pro that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Best AnswerI first had a charge 3 which kept disconnecting, I sent it back and got the versa 2. It worked for a few months and now constantly disconnects! It sometimes only stays on for a few hours. So what's the plan? Will you ever fix the Huawei/Fit bit issue?? Shall I just get a refund and give up with firbits?
Mine is the same, I have the P30. Will work a few hours then tell me I need to restart phone. Only thing that works is u installing the app and redoing all my notifications again, have to Syns to my amazon account, redo my wallet again each time. Fecking joke. Gonna change to a Huawei smart watch. Better and less hassle p
