Hi, I charged my Fitbit for flex 2 around 2 - 3 hours until it said it was fully charged. I then opened up my fitbit app and selected the device in the menu. It said it was searching for my device and then it said it had found it, it then said "double tap to confirm your setup". I double tapped, it vibrated and the blue and white lights flashed, then the band goes black, the page remains the same and nothing happens. I have tried EVERY single suggested action, I have the updated app, I have tried on two different phones to check, and it still does not work. Now, my band just flashes 1 single blue LED and goes away after about 20 minutes or so.

Same for me today. Fully charged, not syncing, tried everything. On off phone twice. And other on off WiFi on off blue tooth.

Hello @SJoshi, welcome to the Community Forums! @Fitterat61 I'm happy to see you again participating here, welcome back. My sincere apologies for the delay in responding.
First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted, I'll be around if you need anything else.

I came for support for the same issue. Anytime I charge my alta hr it loses connection with the app, and won't sync or receive text messages. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to re-sync again. It's increasingly frustrating.
