Syncing error

My fitbit doesnt want to sync to my phone.  Its always saying theres no network connection even when I'm on wifi. The stranger thing is that it shows the steps i have for the current day but doesnt display the days prior. What is going on?

In my case also I face syncing problems for days.

I'm having syncing problems too. Now my phone says I've done 30 steps but my watch is saying I've done 20. What's going on

@Esmesucilla it sounds like your tracker is not syncing and the app is only showing live data. 

Your app needs an Internet connection for the tracker to sync. 

Have you tried both cellular and WiFi? 

Do you have a VPN?

I rebooted my cellphone and it started syncing. Now it is working fine. Thanks for your help. Really appreciate it. Great customer relationship. Hats off!
