Syncing issue

Used to have a fitbit one and it worked with my phone a Samsung galaxy J3 bit I now have a alta hr and it not sync I have tried resetting but still not working any ideas thanks

Hi

 

When not already done, feel free to restart your phone. Make sure the latest fitbit app version is installed.

 

Does the issue appear when using Wifi or Mobile Internet to sync? When able to sync on for example mobile internet, though not on Wifi, optionally turn off the router and power on again. Sometimes issues can occur when the router is turned on for a longer time.

Following os and fitbit update my samsung j3 will now not synch. Uninstalled app and reinstalled still does not synch.
