Whatsapp Notifications not coming through from Samsung 6 edge

Hi all. Newby here (UK).  I'm not receiving any messages from either SMS or WhatsApp. I've switched Notifications on btw.  Does anyone else have the same problem please?

Let me help you out. Be sure that you have followed the setup process for notifications. You can find the specific instructions on how to do it on this hep article. Be sure to do what it says in the order that is shown in there and you should be getting the notifications in no time.
