Syncing issues Charge 3 on Android tablet

My Charge 3 has stopped syncing today. Have followed all suggestions to fix issue but still not syncing. There is no issue with my android  tablet as I can successfully sync the Alta HR that my husband is using. I have checked app update, tablet update, battery on both tablet and fitbit is 100%. Have restarted Bluetooth and WiFi.  The Charge 3 was syncing okay until about 11am today but nothing since then.

Are you saying that your husbands Alta HR syncs through your phone when logged into his account?

Yes. The Alta HR he has was mine before I bought the Charge 3. We sync the HR through my Android Samsung tablet because we can't get his laptop to recognise the Fitbit Alta HR for some unknown reason yet to be solved.
