Syncing issues after latest Android update

After the latest android app uodate this past Sunday, nithing will sync! It says my phone's bluetooth is off but it is on. I have unpaired everything, unistalled and reinstalled the app and nothing is working! Help!!!

In this case I'd like to ask you some questions to better understand what is going on:

  • What Fitbit are you using?
  • What phone is it that you have?
  • What Android version is that phone running?

I am having the same issue! Was online for an hour with Fitbit support last night before my phone died and nothing solved!

I have a Galaxy 8+ and a Fitbit Inspire. Not sure where tonfind the version. It was the latest update. I downloaded it on April 27.

I was on with tech support as well with no resolution. I had to repeat everything I haf already tried multiple times. After we did all of that, he told me that we had tried everything and there was nothing more to try. They are sending me a new fitbit.

This morning I realized that my clock face had changed and so I tried to sync my watch and nothing has been working. Unpaired and repaired and try to sync but nothing is working. I deleted my Versa from my Fitbit app but now I can't get back in.

@JennD29 Could you confirm if you have tried going through all of the steps listed in this help article? In addition please let me know what phone is it that you have and what Android version it is running.

 

@Alikameansalex In your case I'd like to ask that you try to follow  hese steps. They will get your Fitbit to pair to your phone once again. Please also let me know what phone you have and what Android version it is running.

I had the same problem.  Nothing works on my versa except the heart rate and the date after the update.  Please fix the problem.
