I've had my Fitbit Charge 3 for a year now and everything was fine until I lost my charger about a month ago, so my Fitbit was dead for this period. I finally found my charger and charged the Fitbit, but it doesn't sync with my phone.
I tried many things to make it work like rebooting it, resetting it, deleting the app and reinstalling it, removing the Charge from my devices list, I also checked all the updates and everything should be fine, I even tried to connect my Fitbit to my computer.
I have a Huawei P Smart 2019, and the Fitbit worked great before, so I think there's a problem with the tracker, not my phone or computer.
When I try to connect it to my phone, my phone recognises the device, but can't connect.
I hope you can help me! 🙂

What do you mean by it recognizes the device but won't connect? What error message do you get?
You don't mention removing the tracker from your Fitbit account, what happens when you try a sync?

Hi @Klinta, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To resolve this issue, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Huawei P Smart 2019 that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
@Rich_Laue Your support is always appreciated.
Keep me posted, I'll be around if you need anything else.

When I tried to connect my Fitbit back to my phone, it said that it found the device, and then it stayed on the same screen for some time until it said that it can't connect. I did say that I removed it from my devices list.
But the next day I woke up and my Fitbit had died although it shouldn't have, it had plenty of battery. And I can't turn it on again, I tried charging it, it wouldn't respond.

Thanks for the response, but my Fitbit died the next morning, although it shouldn't have, it had plenty of battery left. I tried to charge it and turn it on but it doesn't respond at all.
