My. Blaze will not sync says can't find device pls help

How are you @fiona44? Good to see you in the Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for my late response and I was reading your Blaze is not syncing.
If the issue persists, don't forget to review if your wife's Fitbit app is updated to the most recent version. If you need to update the app and the version is not available, review at a later time. Usually new versions are gradually released until it became available to all our users.
